Financial Literacy Lab (FinLitLab) was born from a passion for educating women about the power of investing. I believe financial freedom and a secure retirement are achievable with a few simple, intentional steps. My mission is to make investing feel easy, accessible, and empowering by breaking down complex financial concepts into clear, digestible guidance. Through community, education, and support, I help women build confidence, grow wealth, and take charge of their financial futures.

Who The Program is For
Ready to Start Investing But Don’t Know Where to Begin? Have limited time on your hands?
This 2 Hour Workshop is designed by Financial Literacy Lab for women who are ready to start investing but don’t know where to begin and who have limited time. You might have a steady income, some money saved, and a growing curiosity about how to make your money work for you—but the world of investing feels overwhelming or confusing.
If you’ve been meaning to open an investment/retirement account, want to learn how to choose funds confidently, and are ready to take real action, this course is for you. By the end of the program, you’ll have your own investment account open and funded, along with a solid understanding of how to manage your investment portfolio with confidence.
By the end of the 2 Hours, participants will be able to:
Understand the basics of investing.
Open and fund your own investment account (IRA, Brokerage, etc).
Choose appropriate investment funds (ETFs, mutual funds, etc.).
Feel confident and excited to see your money grow!

📍 Location: Portland, Oregon (address will be shared upon registration)
💰 Investment: $100
BONUS: 1 hour Q&A Thursday October 9th 6:30-7:30pm via zoom, because we know questions are going to come up after the workshop!
