Move beyond coping and into lasting relief from trauma and anxiety
Breakthroughs made faster. Experience relief, healing, and real change in a matter of hours with an EMDR Intensive.
Is weekly therapy not giving you the results you were hoping for?
This isn’t a failure on your part.
For many people, the once-a-week therapy model simply isn’t enough to create real, lasting change.
You show up, try to make the most of your time, and maybe even feel pressure to fit everything in. Sessions can get taken over by whatever feels most urgent that week, leaving little space to actually get to the root of what you came to therapy for.
And life is full…busy, demanding, and constantly pulling your attention in different directions. Even making it to therapy each week can feel like one more thing to manage.
If after years of therapy you still find yourself wondering if a more focused, deeper approach could finally help you feel the relief you’ve been looking for, you are in the right place!
An EMDR Intensive is like stepping out of the slow lane of weekly therapy and into real, focused progress.

EMDR Intensives can help with…
An EMDR Intensive is…
An EMDR Intensive gives you the time and space to do the deeper work that often gets stretched out over years of weekly therapy. In 1–3 focused days, we move beyond talking and into processing…helping you get to the root of your anxiety, trauma, or burnout.
As your brain begins to resolve what’s been held onto, many people experience a clearer sense of self, relief, and the ability to move forward in a way that finally feels different.
After and EMDR Intensive you can expect to move through your day with a calm, steady mind and space to breathe. You’ll think more clearly without constant overthinking, second-guessing, or background dread. You’ll make decisions with confidence, feel more at ease in your body, and stay present in your relationships and experiences.
Process trauma and anxiety… without life constantly interrupting your healing
How are EMDR Intensives More Cost and Time Efficient than Weekly Therapy?
EMDR Intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time—15 minutes to check in, 2.5 hours of focused EMDR, and 15 minutes to close. This allows for faster healing and deeper relief.
In just a few sessions, you may fully resolve one or several stressors, without the interruptions of weekly therapy. This means fewer appointments, less time away from work, faster progress, and reduced financial strain.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a research-backed approach that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and other overwhelming experiences. Rather than just talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain process and “re-file” painful memories so they no longer feel as triggering or overwhelming. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows you to release the emotional intensity of the past and move forward with greater calm, clarity, and resilience . An EMDR Intensive may be right for you if you’re ready to dive deeply into your healing and create meaningful change. Intensives are especially helpful if you have a specific memory, belief, or experience that keeps showing up in your life and getting in the way. They’re designed for people who are stable and not currently in crisis, but who feel ready to focus, move forward, and experience real transformation.

Yes! EMDR Intensives can be just as effective online as they are in person. To get the most out of your experience, you’ll need a laptop or desktop computer, a quiet and private space, and a reliable internet connection. Many people also find it helpful to use noise-canceling headphones and to have a few cozy or comforting items nearby to help them feel grounded during the process.
-
EMDR Intensives give you the results you would get from months of therapy in a much shorter period of time. If you add up the cost of weekly therapy, an EMDR Intensive is actually more cost effective. Instead of waiting months, you can get the same results in a few days.
-
The cost of an EMDR Intensive varies depending on the length and format.
90-Minute Assessment: $300
Intensive Sessions: $250 per hour (up to 4 hours per day)
90-Minute Follow-Up: $300
For example, a 1-day intensive package that includes the assessment, a 3-hour intensive session, and the follow-up session costs $1,350 total.
Many clients find that intensives are more time-efficient and cost-effective than weekly therapy, since they allow for faster progress and significant relief in fewer sessions.

What you can expect depends on your unique circumstances, which is why we start with a consultation and a 90-minute assessment. This gives us a chance to identify your goals and determine the right format for you. For example, a single incident—like a car accident—might be fully processed in a 3-hour intensive, while a more extensive trauma history may benefit from a 2 or 3-day intensive. I’ll make sure you have a clear idea of what to expect during our free consultation so you feel supported and prepared before we begin.
